Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced hardcore Sales Manager to drive sales team by acquiring them and training. The Assistant Manager/ Manager will monitor sales metrics, KPIs of the sales team and manage them efficiently. They should be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

  •  Acquire and coach Partners to run the financial freedom app subscription process.  
  • Provide training to the partners team to maintain high customer service standards.  
  • Providing functional leadership to the operations of the Partner/BPO team.
  • Developing objectives for the call center’s day to day operations.
  • Building trusting relationships with Partners
  • To manage the challenges of Partners and ensure resources match workloads to provide high-quality service within agreed SLAs and timelines.
  • Generating revenue by driving the performance of the different call centers.
  • Evaluate the performance of the call center with key metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth of the product and participate in transitions.  

Key skills required

  • Experience in managing call centers or managing telecallers especially in a sales process.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and managerial skills.

Salary Bracket: upto 8 LPA.

Inside Sales Executive

  • Calling prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Ensure follow-up leads with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position


  • Need Minimum 1 Year Experience
  • Preferably female candidates.
  • MBA [Marketing].
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers. • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

– Looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive in Insurance Digital sales in Bengaluru.

– Earn up to 25,000 rupees per month, as well as additional incentives.

– No fresher.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Selling insurance over the phone or meeting and exceeding the sales targets.
  • Ensuring no losses, errors or misspelling while assisting customers.
  • At least 6 months experience in Insurance.

Database Architect


  • Designing database models and database infrastructure for highly scalable / reliable SaaS.
  • Performance/response of the database need to be taken care.
  • Database backup execution.
  • Experience in Writing, Review and Analysis of stored procedures, triggers, cursor and complex queries.


  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL, Postgres etc.
  • Tuning application queries by analysing execution plans.
  • Knowledge about Big data technologies like Hadoop, MongoDB etc will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge in back up, replication clustering techniques.
  • Hands on experience in Database installation / Upgrade / Applying patches.
  • Database schema design skill.
  • SQL Code reviews and walkthrough
  • Ensure data integrity and Security
  • Have experience of load testing of the database by populating records and executing expensive queries from some load generator tools.
  • Prepare proper ER diagrams of the database and understand the domain, and suggest the table design for new modules maintaining the DB standards.
  • Must be an excellent problem solver, creative thinker & self motivated.
  • Must have worked on products with 10 to 100 million user base.
